Position Vacancy: Flight Simulator Instructor

We are looking for exceptional customer service people to provide flying instruction to our passionate customers. Flight Experience hosts a broad range of customers – from novices looking for an adventure, to corporate groups, to certified pilots seeking professional development. As a qualified Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding experiences to every customer – you will be able to adapt your style to suit all occasions.
Based on the Boeing 737 800, the Flight Experience simulator features both entertainment and training applications. With fully functional avionics and computers, the simulator offers 180 degree views and the ability to fly in and out of 24,000 international airports. This is the first time such an experience has been offered outside of the commercial airline environment. Attesting to the quality of the simulator, the New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia have certified this simulator for pilot and instrument training.

You’ll be the type of person who loves meeting and helping people, multitasking and winning customers over with an exceptional smile and great rapport-building skills.
Previous flying experience is an advantage, along with a knowledge of Microsoft Flight Simulator, in particular the PMDG 737. But it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
